WELCOME TO BELIEVE NATIONAL TALENT COMPETITION AND THE BELIEVE FAMILY!
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the studio owners, teachers, dancers and parents for their support over the past 8 years. As we embark on our 9th Regional/National Tour, we can’t wait to experience this dance season with you.
I have experienced some incredible happenings over the past 15 years with the Star Dance Alliance. I am forever grateful and humbled for the opportunity to lead the Believe Family by SDA Founders, Gary Pate and Grace Wakefield. As a former “Dance Dad” myself, I have spent countless hours in every aspect of the competition industry from fund-raising by working at bingo halls to music concerts, to building props, mixing music, and designing dance costumes. I can definitely empathize with many of you who work tirelessly to support your children as I’ve walked in your shoes. I continue to be inspired by every member of the dance community I have met along the way. We are all a part of a growing global dance family, and for that I am truly blessed. As the National Director for Believe, I will continue to pursue my passion for dance, and the production of the highest quality events possible.
I realize you have many choices when considering a competition for your regional and national events. I can assure you, if you choose to join the Believe Family, I will make it my personal goal to make sure everyone who steps foot into a Believe Competition will experience the highest level of customer service in a fun, fair and family-friendly atmosphere. With your help, we will continue to make Believe one of the top tier dance competitions in the nation.
In 2022, Believe will be hosting 38 Regional Cities, and 3 National Championships across our great nation. The Believe Family is very excited to be visiting new markets as well, including Lake Tahoe, NV, Dublin, CA, Sevierville, TN, Houston, TX, Seattle, WA and many more. We also will celebrate the close of a successful dance season starting with our Palm Beach/Ft Lauderdale Nationals - June 25-29, 2022, followed by our Ocean City, MD Nationals - July 4-8, 2022 and ending with our brand new nationals destination in Myrtle Beach, SC - July 5-9, 2022. At each of our National events, we offer an Opening Number featuring your dancers, FREE Master Classes, 11 & Under/12 & Over LiveWire Improv Competitions, Title Showdown Competitions, which all culminate into our energy filled Premiere/Advanced battles called “The Championships!”
