In addition to supporting the Convention Center, Encore also manages the audiovisual services for the Hilton West Palm Beach, the Convention Center’s connected hotel. For events spanning both venues, our teams ensure seamless coordination and consistent communication, creating a smooth and unified event experience.

Clients and exhibitors are welcome to bring in their own audiovisual providers. However, extensive power distribution and all rigging services are exclusive to the building and must be ordered directly through us. Any outside AV providers requiring lifts or specialized access equipment are responsible for supplying their own lifts.
