The 2023 Stars & Stripes Championships will be held July 28-30 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Fla. The annual event serves as the national championships for the USA Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Development Program Levels 5-7, as well as HUGS athletes, for trampoline, double mini-trampoline and tumbling.
With more than 600 athletes expected to participate, the event will include a Grand March to kick off the competition. Hotel blocks will be available for participants and families in early 2023.
