Chef Paul Bunney

Chef Paul Bunney was born in Houston Texas, but raised in Brookfield Connecticut. Chef Paul started working in an Italian restaurant at the age of 15, where he developed his passion for cooking. In 1999 Chef Paul became a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. After graduated school chef Paul moved to Palm Beach to work at the world renowned Breakers Hotel. After 5 years of working in multiple departments, Paul made the move to Orlando in 2005 as the Banquet Sous Chef at Walt Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort. Here he honed his skills by spear heading several of their restaurants, “Shula’s Steakhouse, Garden Grove, and Todd English’s Blue Zoo”.

In 2010 Chef Paul took the position as Assistant Banquet Chef of the Aria Resort and Spa in Las Vegas Nevada. During his time there Paul had the opportunity to work, and organize the International Food and Wine Festival for both 2010 and 2011. Over the course of 3 years Paul better developed his love for high capacity dining. His last year he worked as Sous Chef for Siro Ristorante at Aria.

Chef Paul took the position at the Palm Beach County Convention Center 2013 as the Executive Sous Chef. When Chef Paul is not working he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son.
