Graduates and guests can park at no charge at the convention center’s garage located off South Rosemary Avenue. Additional parking is available nearby, and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Officers will be available to direct traffic. Find more parking information.
Graduates can reserve round-trip transportation to the convention center from the Lynn University campus. Shuttles will depart at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. from the south side of the Christine E. Lynn University Center (this is the circle by the Campus Store). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The shuttles cannot accommodate guests. Reserve your seat.
Return shuttles depart 30 minutes after the ceremony’s conclusion from the main valet circle on Okeechobee Boulevard.

We encourage all graduates and guests to dress up for this special occasion! Dress pants, shirts and ties, dresses and skirts are appropriate attire for graduates. Wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not permitted. Business or business-casual attire is encouraged for guests.
Graduates must order their regalia, including a cap, gown and tassel, through Herff Jones by April 6. Be sure to bring your regalia to the convention center. You must be fully dressed in your regalia when you check-in for the ceremony.
Graduates will check-in upon arrival at the convention center to receive information about their assigned seats and other important details about the ceremony.
Honors medal recipients will be notified if they have received a medal based on their final GPA. Medals will be provided to recipients upon check-in prior to the ceremony.
A professional photographer will photograph each graduate after walking across the stage. Graduates will receive an email several days after Commencement that invites them to purchase copies.
Mobile phones are permitted. However, please be courteous and silence your phone during the ceremony. Photography is not permitted on stage.
Commencement is a joyous and dignified event. Please be respectful and express your excitement in ways that will not prevent others from hearing, seeing or enjoying the ceremony. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the auditorium. Thank you for considering our graduates as they celebrate their special day.
We expect the ceremony to finish by 4:30 p.m. Then, graduates will have the opportunity to take photos with family and friends.
Diplomas are finalized approximately 14 weeks after you complete your degree requirements. The Registrar will deliver the diploma according to the information you provide on the Graduation and Diploma Application form. Please note that your student account must be in order with no balance due.
