Press Release Distribution
The Palm Beach County Convention Center will develop a press release for your event and will distribute it to our local media contacts, including reporters at the Palm Beach Post, the Sun-Sentinel, the Palm Beach Daily News, WPBF Ch. 25, WPEC Ch. 12 and WPTV Ch. 5, among others.

Pitch Development
By pitching creative story angles about your event to the local media, we will attempt to secure interviews and press coverage with newspapers and TV stations.

Social Media         
Your event will be promoted through our social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook. In addition, we will conduct ticket giveaways on these sites to help build anticipation for your event.

Website         
Your event will be listed on the Palm Beach County Convention Center's website as soon as it becomes definite.

Marquee         
Your event will be listed on the Palm Beach County Convention Center's outdoor marquee on Okeechobee Boulevard for one month. The marquee's prime location on one of the main entrances into downtown West Palm Beach generates more than 97,000 viewable impressions per day.

Grassroots Marketing        
The Palm Beach County Convention Center will reach out to the networking groups we are members of, including the Hispanic/Black Chamber of Commerce, WestPalm100 and the North Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, and will provide them with information about your event.

E-Newsletter         
Your event will have a featured section in our monthly e-newsletter that gets distributed to more than 4,500 people. In addition, your event's listing in the e-newsletter's calendar will link back to the website of your choice.

E-blasts
A separate e-blast specifically for your event will be emailed to our database of more than 4,500 people.

Plasma TV Advertising       
A rotating ad for your event will run on all of the plasma TVs in the PBCCC for one month.

Media Advisory Distribution      
We will develop a media advisory that highlights specific information about your event and will distribute it to the photo desks at the local newspapers and to the assignment editors at the local TV stations in order to secure interviews and press coverage on the day of your event.

Community Partners       
We will reach out to our community partners to ask for their assistance in promoting your event.
