                           Accounting Clerk (Accounts Receivable)

Position Overview
: 16 available hours per week. 
The Accounting Clerk provides support to the Director of Finance.
Their main area of responsibility will focus on billing, accounts receivable,
application of payments, banking and bank reconciliation,
general ledger account analysis, record keeping, and finance department support.

Qualifications: 3 to 5 years experience in an accounting environment, Sage MAS accounting software, proficient in using Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel and Word, exceptional organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple assignments.

Server/Wait-Staff
This position includes, but is not limited to, set-up, maintenance and cleaning of appropriate service items for banquet style functions and meal services at those functions.  Excellent customer service skills required in addition to being comfortable in a fast paced, up-scale environment.  Functions will vary from casual receptions to black-tie sit-down dinners. Candidate must have at least one year banquet service experience.

Bartender
Must possess a wide knowledge of preparation and service techniques for mixed drinks, beer and wine services.  Must also possess excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in a fast paced up-scale environment.  Set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance of area and equipment also required. Candidate must have at least one year bartending experience.

Cook
This position includes, but is not limited to, preparation, handling, storage, and distribution of food products under proper sanitation guidelines (H.A.C.C.P.) in a timely manor.  Must be familiar with various types of kitchen equipment, and possess basic knife skills while working under direct supervision in a fast paced environment.  Set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance of area and equipment also required.
